We can help with finding a class, bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds, your account, and your child's details. If your question is about a specific booking, include the class name and date so we can find it quickly.

BeyondClass has an app inside ChatGPT that helps parents find children's classes in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. If it gives you a result that looks wrong, a listing that is out of date, or does not work as expected, email us and let us know what you asked and what you saw. Please do not include your child's name, school or identity numbers.
To stop using the app, disconnect it in your ChatGPT settings. Your conversations with ChatGPT are covered by OpenAI's privacy policy; what we receive and keep is explained in our privacy policy.
